Shipping
1. Shipping: After you pay for the order, most of our products will usually be shipped within 72 hours. We will notify you by email when the goods are shipped. Please pay attention to the email message bound to our website (due to inventory issues, a small number of products may be shipped within 120 hours. If they are not shipped within 72 hours, we will also notify customers in time by email) If you purchase handmade finished products, our delivery time is within 240 hours (240 hours = 10 days).
2. About shipping: Free shipping for customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. For other countries/regions, customer orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of US$5 (we will also gradually reduce international shipping fees based on agreements with relevant cooperative express companies);
3. We ship through Four PX Express (4PX), FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Generally, the goods can be received within 5-15 working days after shipment. If there are delays or problems with the express delivery, please contact us in time! Thank you!
4. Your order may be subject to tariffs after it arrives in your country, resulting in additional costs. Please note that the seller will not bear the corresponding taxes and fees, and all taxes and fees will be borne by the buyer.
5. After you receive the purchased goods, please carefully check whether the goods are damaged or consistent with the goods you purchased. If there are any problems, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
Return and Exchange Policy

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
2. We implement a 30-day unconditional return policy, which means that you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the product. Your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels attached, and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for where to send the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning valuable items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without requesting a return first.
4. For refunds, we will notify you whether the refund is approved after receiving and inspecting your return. 5. Only regular-priced items are refundable, and special items and gifts are not refundable.
